Information we collect

We collect information needed to operate a medical education marketplace securely and reliably.

  • Account details such as name, email address, role, and password hash.
  • Profile and verification data for doctors, including specialty, credentials, and uploaded documents.
  • Purchase, booking, enrollment, and certificate records.
  • Technical data such as device type, browser, IP address, and usage events.
  • Communications you send to support or through platform notifications.

How we use information

We use personal data to authenticate users, process payments, deliver purchased content, schedule mentorship and events, prevent fraud, improve product performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Educators receive the information required to deliver sessions, courses, and events they sell on MedSkale.

Sharing and processors

We share data with service providers that help us run the platform, such as payment processors, email delivery, file storage, and hosting infrastructure. These providers may only use data to perform services on our behalf.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, educators, and the platform from fraud or abuse.

Retention and security

We retain account, billing, and verification records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and dispute requirements. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and operational safeguards appropriate to the data we process.

Your choices

You may update profile information from your account settings where available. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, contact us through the Contact page. Some records must be retained for billing, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons even after account closure.
