Refund policy

Refund and cancellation rules depend on the type of offering you purchase. The summary below applies platform-wide unless a specific listing states otherwise at checkout.

Digital courses and resources

Once course or digital product access has been granted and downloadable materials have been consumed, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or where access was not delivered as described.

If you cannot access purchased content because of a platform error, contact support with your order details and we will investigate promptly.

Mentorship sessions

Cancellation windows and rescheduling rules are set by the educator and shown before booking. Late cancellations or missed sessions may not qualify for a refund.

Webinars and events

Refund eligibility for live sessions depends on the event listing, ticket type, and how close the cancellation is to the start time. If an educator cancels an event, registered attendees will receive a refund or credit according to the checkout terms shown for that event.

Memberships and installments

Membership tiers and installment plans may have separate billing terms shown at purchase. Downgrades, cancellations, and remaining installment obligations follow the terms displayed during checkout.
