These terms govern your use of MedSkale, a verified medical education marketplace where doctors publish mentorship, courses, webinars, events, and digital resources.
Who may use MedSkale
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Educators must complete credential verification before publishing paid offerings.
- Students may browse, purchase, book sessions, and access owned content.
- Doctors may create content only after verification is approved.
- Admins moderate verification, reviews, and platform policy enforcement.
Marketplace role
MedSkale provides the platform, payment processing, and access delivery. Educators remain responsible for the content they publish and for delivering booked mentorship sessions, live events, and support described in their listings.
Educational content on MedSkale does not replace clinical judgment, institutional protocols, or local licensing requirements.
Accounts and acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape listings at scale, resell access without permission, or upload unlawful material.
Purchases and access
Prices, access duration, installment terms, and session policies are shown before checkout. Completing a purchase grants the access described for that offering unless a refund or cancellation policy applies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of MedSkale after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
